It is a historic building, the rooms are extremely spacious and fabulous with huge bathroom. The staff are kind and the location is marvellous and favourable in Wilmington's historical district.
The bathrooms are a bit small.

The breakfast at Dreamers By Dw was amazing, especially for plant-based eaters like us. The avocado toast and cinnamon walnut roll were delicious, and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. The presentation of the breakfast was top-notch, and we even had the option to have it delivered to our room. The visionary room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and designed, with unique touches like a diffuser and Google home. The shower and tub were also very nice. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Dreamers By Dw.
